untuk mengatasi masalah yang niel alami. aku pakse budak tu minum air masak =)

 

so alhamdulillah . masalah dapat diatasi . haha >,<

ok niel you should thank to me ! hehe

we need at least 2 litre water per day . ! sebab badan kite sangat memerlukan air . Kerana air mengandungi oxygen dan hydrogen. Kepentingan oxygen ialah oxygen akan bergabung dengan darah = oxyhaemoglobin . dan transfer ke seluruh badan melalui bahagian2 jantung tertentu.  Pertukaran gas carbon dioxida-oxygen berlaku di paru.paru . Oxygen juga penting untuk mengekalkan kecerdasan otak berfungsi : ) 

selain itu, air dapat mengekalkan keseimbangan cecair dalam tubuh untuk mengelakkan berlaku dehidrasi dan sembelit.

adegan hari ini

errk . ! malas betul nak bangun pagi ni .sangadd mengantuk tapi kene pergyy jumpe lela 8.30am kat bus stop sekola seraya = )

lalala . .  siap2 sudah . aku berjalan kaki la pegy sekola. a.k.a exercise haha

aku sampai awal so aku kene lah tunggu si Lela .

              tunggu punye tunggu di bus stop seorang diri. .sambil cuci-cuci mate . aku nampak popo ni tgh tunggu someone la untuk  bukak pintu pagar . tak taw r pe kaitan popo tu dgn tuan rumah . yang terkilannya tuan rumah lambat bertindak! kesian popo tu tunggu lame kot sorang2 kat luar , popo tu da kehulu-kehilir nak masuk rumah  . 5minit lepas tu baru la tuan rumah muncul sambut popo tuu  : )

             krok.krok . lapar la perut sebab tak brekfast agy b4 gerak . huhu . .tak pe tahan : )

banyak kerete . moto . van lalu lalang kat depan skola .

tibe.tibe - - - ade 1 moto ni lalu . lelaki . gaya die mcm de something tercicir tgh jalan . aku pandang je la . nak taw gak ape kan - - - then die pandang aku balik .dari mate ke mate hahaha . . erk. aku pun toleh r tempat laen. ! lalu die pergy menghilang entah ke mane. aku pun sambung bergoyang - goyang kaki sambil tunggu si lela haha ^_^

           lame pas tu . lelaki yg moto tadi patah balik . .makin lame moto die sloww . die stop depan aku . huh!

today i got invitation of  wedding feast at Sungai buLoh and my neighbour's open house .

at open house : i ate mee soup kelantan + choc cake + some pudding . wahh . so nyummy maa ~ >,<

erk i'm full . 

at wedding feast : as usual they serve nasi minyak + some lauk like ayam sambal, dalca, . . .

and i ate again . hehe . .

petang tu Qila razeeb (bFF KUIS) datang rumah aku dgn bF die . 

my mom masak la bihun soup .. nasib baek dtg bgtaw kalu tak melopong la korang aku hidang teh hijau ajew :) hehe

so aku pun ape lagy makan r jugak bihun sup tu. (after dorang balik la ) hehe. banyak gak aku makan . erk ~ . nyum.nyum so delicious  ^_^

2hours later , my tummy got peckish again lo .

aku da makan secukupnya kowt menampung untuk malam ni . so . .

bajet tak yah makan lagy tapi  still lapar lagy ni . cepat lak tu lapar
