prosedur dengan si kecil

HAHAHA . prosedur ape ??
of course la pembalutan 
(perawatan klien dengan gangguan muskuloskeletal ) 
pembalutan ? what the kind of that !
kenapa kena balut - membalut ??
RIMAS ok !
TUJUAN : 
                - immobilisasi sendi atau bahagian yang terlibat (mengurangkan pergerakan)
                - menyokong luka (menggalakkan peredaran darah di kawasan luka)
                - menyokong anggota tercedera
                - memberi tekanan pada anggota tercedera (kurangkan edema iaitu lebam)

prinsip dalam pembalutan :
- ampu anggota sendi yang perlu dibalut
- mulakan balutan dengan 2 pusingan sirkular pada sendi
(antara prinsip-prinsip dia la)

pembalutan : FIGURE OF EIGHT
jadi tak . jadi tak ? hoha
 aku tak pasti la figure of 8 aku ni

the weather was heavy rain

today was my last paper for the senior in the half (HAHAHA). yepiee ^_^

it was DHNI 4002's paper,

hahahkXx i early out the exam's hall as usual . .

malas nak lepak lame-lame kat dalam tu .. beku sistem saraf gue ~ 

my exam was done and the answer's booklet was bound neatly exactly at 10.10am 

i walked out so proud to the hall door and feel so blissful.
