so at night , complaint . .my legs was getting exhausted .

so what i'm supposed to do ?
ok . prop up my feet upwards to have good circulation and also prevent varicose vein .
pardon ?! varicose vein ? ? 
Varicose veins are enlarged veins that are swollen and raised above the surface of the skin. They can be dark purple or blue, and look twisted and bulging. Varicose veins are commonly found on the backs of the calves or on the inside of the leg. They develop when valves in the veins that allow blood to flow toward the heart stop working properly. As a result, blood pools in the veins and causes them to get larger.
as simple word, it cause of increases of pressure in blood vessels.


symptoms of varicose vein :
- rigor specially at night
- dilatation of vein
- fatigue of legs muscle


who are at high risk get varicose vein :
- salesman
- teacher
- healthcare provider
- pregnancy woman

hari terakhir di HTAR

oh tidak ! aku merasakan masa berlalu begitu pantas pulak . sekejap sahaja 7 minggu berlalu.

wow ! praktikal sudah habis la weyh. 

huh ! sangat terkilan . hati pilu .

hahaha ...

erk . tak nak balik kolej boleh tak ! huhu

nak diceritakan pada hari terakhir di ward .

macam3 kejadian yg berlaku pada diriku .

hampir berguguran air mata ku depan sister nurse .

hehe

cover . cover . bertakung selagi boleh .haha >,<

hurm .. yeah . kalau aku nak dapat cross tu, instructor kene follow up aku buat procedure tu sekali .

tapi time tu ade clash dgn member ku - die dgn procedure removing staples .

so konflik kat situ !

erk .. tapi beliau (instructor) tetap berusaha nak tgok aku .. 

tak pe cik ! saya memahami situasi tu =)

huh ! ok . done checklist blood . monitor vital sign . semua sudah prepared la noted by my instructor ae ..

huhu so aku pun transfuse blood sambil rakan ku laen bagi 'sokongan moral' kat aku sebab instructor fokus kat membe aku yang buat procedure removing staples . 

transfuse punye . transfuse . titisan darah tu agak laju . rasionalnya nak cover up tubing tu ..

baru nak starting kowt 

huh !

kebetulan sister nurse ambush kat tempat aku .! die marah . die tgok aku transfuse blood without my instructor , or staff nurse padahal c.i aku da follow up dgn aku .

klimaks cerita .!

huh . sister push aku ! banyak soalan die tanye .

berapa jam transfuse ?

kenapa titisan tu laju sangat ?

berapa titisan dalam 15 minit !

erk .. aku da panic . kira-kira titisan pun da salah !

kepala otak da bercelaru . . teori yang kelam kabut . . 

perghh ! rasa naik darah pun ada tadi . !

sedih . haha : D

keadaan da huru-hara . instructor aku pun datang back up aku .

terima kasih cik . tapi sister still tak puas hati . 

saya mmg buat checklist bagai.bagai dgn instructor saya ! betul ! tak tipu .

huh ..  finally buka jua pintu hati sister tu :
